The Jugendagentur Heidelberg is a social institution with 10 employees and supports young people in their professional orientation and in the solution of problems like debt, criminal proceedings or difficult housing situations.

If you do an internship in our institution, you accompany our social pedagogues in their daily work. This means talking to the young people to find out what kind of support they need, research free apprenticeships, write applications, accompany the young people to the authorities, give private lessons and much more. Depending on what kind of knowledge you have, you can do one or the other independently. A few office work are also part of the internship. For example, order office supplies, read reports, complete electronic files, make purchases and so on.
